While the amount has been debited (doubly ) towards the renewal of SSL the same has not been renewed yet and what more the certificate expired this morning . Your chat doesnt answer , so is your helpline .. You are a disaster for any business ! Worst mistake to have chosen you guys

I can express enough how happy I am today the excellent support and service provided by Tom Urbanowicz. I ran into some issues with the purchasing of a new SSL UCC Certificate. After several phone calls and being transferred back and forth between department (support/sales/validation), no one was still able to figure what the issues were and resolve. Luckily, I got transferred to Tom Urbanowicz who pull the issues together and was able to resolve the issues rather really quickly and issue my new SSL UCC Certificate. Thanks Tom and you rock!

It's very practical that the product I wanted was able to be obtained when I needed it with some push on my part; via the web chat I was put into contact with Sen who very quickly took care of the validation. If you need your cert quick then this appears to be a viable option.

I've always used COMODO/Sectigo before for Free S/MIME certifcates to sign my emails with. I got a little bit lost after the move to Sectigo from COMODO but Felicity in the webchat was INSTANTLY available and linked me to the right page within a minute of asking. Perfect.

As the validation takes a while, make sure you purchase your SSL at least one or two weeks in advance. Not SSL received yet, but in progress.

I worked with Sen from Validation today- Sen was very helpful and was quick to help out even when I didn't have all of the info that I probably should have had (I couldn't find it in the portal because the site is confusing). Sen gave me the info I needed to get back to work. I really appreciate the quick and courteous response.

At first we received an email notification that our phone number could not be verified, with no real explanation of where this information is sourced, and a note to contact support to update this information. I jumped onto a support chat and struggled with getting help on this - the rep just kept pointing me to the D&B web site without helping me understand what you needed, or the process I needed to go through to update our information. We submitted a D&B update and after that came through I was helped by Darren on a support chat, who was great and got the verification process completed for me.
