We needed to validate our EV certificate since there was a slight delay in the process. When we contacted them through online support , was lucky to be responded by "Martin" from validation department who provided a great service. He made sure the validation completed then and there without a delay and guided us through the process like a real professional who value his customers. I had problems to install the ssl certificate in a email server, thanks to charly from Tech Support I realize that my CSR was created with private key, so he told me to make a new one and replaced it, so I did, and now everthing its ok. Thanks Charly!

Hi, i'm really surprised with how the Sectigo grow. if it's compared with the previuos experience with Comodo. I say that the new Sectigo is superb. the customer service is helping me, even if i did say wrong information in the begin of the chat. i said that i want to renew EV SSL certificate, which before only cost $99.95 , bob giving me the new url with reffering to the same SSL certificate with the price that i'm looking for. Four thumbs up Bob. After being helped by bob, i got transferred to Tina on the Validation part, then Jennifer on the support section. Overall : i will give 10 out of 10 for the review. All staff is professional on their section, and they have great product knowledge. I will have some trouble if i have to navigate on the web just looking for specific SSL certificate with this price, and looking for step to import the SSL certificate correctly. If the process from buying till installing certificate is done correctly, it would not take more than 15 minutes. i Apologize that i have my server need to be restarted since i cannot get the web server service restarted normally. Great day ahead. i will be coming back for more SSL certificate on sertigo. still have 3 more SSL that need to be renewed This year :D Thanks Sertigo Team

The process of obtaining an EVSSL is not really defined anywhere, there are really to steps to follow, there is not really as status in the process or which steps to take on the applicants part. It seems that you just have to keep contacting someone in order to move the process forward. If you do not it doesn't get completed, it just sits there. No one will contact you to request information to move it forward. No emails requesting their requirements. This is the third time that my business and site have been validated, it would seem that it would not take so long to complete since I have been validated in prior years. They finally pushed it out after hours so I could install it and get the browser block removed and I really appreciate that effort. Maybe the process can be improved.
