The access to materials and ways to move the domain validation process forward in the past was better. The web page ticket support and some form (for example this review form) are really poor as user experience and look like old. The step by step guide and other feature are ok and easy to follow. The company seems to be serious and document requested are a little pain but seems be good security request. The chat support is great.
