I have to say the support system was top class. Yohan in Validation was a joy to work with and I had my certificate issued to me in a matter of minutes once we had all the necessary paperwork correct.

Another Difficult Ordering Experience

Tasked with ordering SSL certs from two providers. Digicert was super-easy, quick and professional. Sectigo is still a mess. I have to create a new account to order a certificate and cannot migrate my old certs to the new account so I have to keep both accounts open. I tried to get help from "Tina" first and she/he/they were really useless so I ended that chat with the lowest score possible and a sad emoji. Next I got "Vince" who was much better and explained the situation with the two databases.

I had to reissue twice to get it working. Confirmation mail was not sent automatically after reissue. I spoke with 5 people via phone and then chat to make it work. That is not good support! The only one that actually seemed to know what to do was the last one. Charly from Tech support. All the rest seemed not to know enough and shuffled me around.

I bought a ssl certificate to DonWeb (Sectigo partner), I install this in Tomcat 8.5.* and work fine. I had a littles problems with old browsers and networks very secures. I'm not sure but may be is an install error (I'm not an expert in TI).
