I had to get our EV SSL reissued and Sectigo team took a reasonably good time to validate all the relevant details. Suddenly, I received an email from Sectigo with the message:- The order can not be issued due to a CAA record check failure. I also had some other issues regarding my SSL which could only be resolved by a sincere and dedicated support person with technical knowledge. Luckily, my case especially email communications was handled from the beginning to the end by a single person from the support team i.e. Ms. Ann Blossom whose timely guidance and support helped me in satisfactorily getting our SSL certificate.

Using Comodo Positive SSL Wildcard to secure a Filemaker server; after an upgrade to Server 18.0.3, had a problem that appeared to be related to the Intermediate Certificate in the SSL installation. The certificate file package did not state which file was which; however, Marc at the Technical Support department was very helpful and was able to give me the correct files.

I purchased the personal email certificate 2 months ago, since then I had to change computers. Cannot install certificate on new computer. No response from Sectigo. And their web site doesn't recognize my email for logging in even though I have email confirmations using the same email from them... Not happy at the moment.

We needed a certificate signed back to the same root as before (wireless authentication). A new certificate came back with a different root - but technical support were understanding, efficient and patient in issuing a new certificate with the right root. Thank you very much.
