I personally contacted Erline Planer when I renewed our domains certificate. I did have a lot of trouble upon renewing because of the SSL company I bought the certificate. But Erline gave the best of her ability, rendered much of her time emailing me back with all my questions even it's no longer part of her job. I would like to greatly thanking her of all the best job she did to me. I believe she's one of the best customer service especially in the department. I had a great chat with Vince, he was very nice and informative. I do think the price of the email certificates is too high, especially when you want to apply to multiple of those. A package for 5 (or so) email addresses for maybe about 40EUR would be great. I really hope that in the future affordable email certificates lead to more secure email conversations.

I had to get our EV SSL reissued and Sectigo team took a reasonably good time to validate all the relevant details. Suddenly, I received an email from Sectigo with the message:- The order can not be issued due to a CAA record check failure. I also had some other issues regarding my SSL which could only be resolved by a sincere and dedicated support person with technical knowledge. Luckily, my case especially email communications was handled from the beginning to the end by a single person from the support team i.e. Ms. Ann Blossom whose timely guidance and support helped me in satisfactorily getting our SSL certificate.
