Ordered through third party, name.com in July, it's now December, and it's only just getting sorted out after chasing for the final time. Buy your certificate from a hosting provider, that way you'll get some service.

DARREN from Validation is the first person who really tried to help and suggested to send a form via chat. His personal rating is 5. But not for Sectigo. No assistance was initiated from their side even once. I have sent the form via email more than a month ago and no feedback at all.
