Overall, we've had a very bad experience with Sectigo -- we paid for this almost a month ago and kept having to hassle people to see where we were in the process. We kept finding out that there were items missing that were needed, even after we had an attorney write a letter confirming our details. But Vinson from Validation was great -- they stayed on the chat with us until validation was completed. That part was very much appreciated.

I was having issues creating a cname record to valid our domain. I was copying the required data from the website but was unware that the data contained a space between the hash and comodoca.com. Vince noticed the space and removed it fixing the error for me.

DARREN from Validation is the first person who really tried to help and suggested to send a form via chat. His personal rating is 5. But not for Sectigo. No assistance was initiated from their side even once. I have sent the form via email more than a month ago and no feedback at all.
