I bought from a reseller who have not got the best communication. Sectigo's support team have been pretty good though. The site seems a bit glitchy, form resets randomly and chat doesn't follow me around. Hopefully the cert comes through smoothly. :)

we had an issue wit hcert validation due to misunderstanding with reseller. The mail never worked the phone call was polite but quality not good. lost 10 days when with cname it took 20s but we do not had the data (MD5/SHA256).
