Product: Several different products

We were working on upgrading some certificates to SHA256 when the GeoTrust re-issue tool was busted and would not create SHA256 certificates with SHA256 root and intermediate certs. Their online support worked tirelessly until they found a way to get past their problem and in the end it took more time than I had hoped but the problem was finally resolved.
