idea for a gift: a doc about openssl

The following refers to Trustico, a GeoTrust strategic partner. 18 certs requested in about 2 years: no one complied with our needs. Some cert with OU, some without. Very hard to solve the problem and reissue certs. I think they have to read at least some doc about SSL and/or openssl, because they asked me to send screenshots and site seals to investigate on the content of the bad certs. Trustic is a partner, not a ca. Low skills, bad web interface to make the requests, certs send by email. I'm switching to DigiCert.
