Product: Several different products

It seems rare to receive excellent customer service these days, but I have come to expect that from Digicert. Whether I have a quick question or something that requires a bit more in depth knowledge, I've received excellent support from knowledgeable people in their Live Chat support feature. They make it very easy for me to choose to use them as a vendor. The most recent rep I chatted with was Jamie whose knowledge and courteous responses set the bar for excellent support and make me glad I chose to do business with Digicert.
