We had to renew an SSL Cert, so I did some research and decided on DigiCert. I ordered an EV certificate, which had a much better price than an SSL from our old company. Any delays we had were with regard to updating the documents used to verify our identity. DigiCert checked with us daily, letting us know what still needed to be done. They were very courteous. The certificate was issued right after our final authorization. I followed the instructions, and installation went well. There was an authentication problem with older browsers, so I downloaded a troubleshooting probram from their website and ran it. It determined that the certificate did not install correctly - "click here to fix". I clicked there, fixed it, and life is good! I rarely write reviews, but I thought that the CSRs, the website, and the entire well thought out system business system deserved a review. This is probably the best vendor that I have encountered.
