We had a simple SSL Cert for our OWA page and I was shopping for a UC Cert for our Exchange 2007 deployment. After purchasing the UC Cert I received it within 20 minutes. After following their easy to follow directions I missed a step. I contacted the support number and after a few rings the tech picked up (no phone prompts!!) and solved my problem within minutes.
