A high priority project was getting kick down, and it landed in my lap. I needed to apply a few certs to a couple servers ASAP. I opened the Live chat to get assistance (chatted with Ken M), explained my situation, he kicked me some links, it all looked like what I needed. I was a little overwhelmed, so I asked the tech if he could remote in and assist me. With in an hour, he had helped me re CSR all the servers and apply all the certs.
