I have been highly recommending Digicert to all my customers for a long while now... My clients have been getting certificate requests approved in sometimes under an hour and getting re-requests approved almost instantly. Anytime a customer has had to call Digicert, the customer service has been excellent. When there was an issue with a certificate, Digicert would proactively call my clients instead of letting the issue dwindle and have time be wasted. Also, Digicert has been very highly regarded in the Unified Communications space. With the Exchange CSR Tools, the OCS one, the digicert.com/util (which is awesome), you guys are top notch.
