DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

DigiCert is very cost effective and easy to use. When we deployed our exchange 2007 and several internal web servers we needed a Unified Communication Certificate (UC). Using their wizards I was able to quickly create the CSR I needed and place my order immediately. Verification and issuing of my order was less than an hour (I went to work on another issue and when I returned; I had an e-mail confirmation). My deployment went flawlessly. Now months later I needed to add a new Subject Alternative Name (SAN)to my UC certificate and publish to a new server that I was not familiar with. I initially ordered a whole new SSL certificate only to find out I could not use it. I used the live chat on DigiCert's website and in minutes had my order cancelled, refund initiated and a confirmation e-mail. I then attempted to add to my existing UC but had a few questions. Again I used the live chat and within minutes I had answers to my questions... the exact commands to run and a link to their tutorial I had missed. I recommend this company to everyone. They offer it all... great price, easy step by step instructions, helpful online wizards and absolutely amazing customer service.
