I had submitted a re-issue request for our UC certificate just before 8:00 PM Central Time on a Friday night. I was hoping against hope that there would be someone to process my request and get me my new cert, but I didn't expect that kind of service. Because it was almost quitting time at DigiCert, Jon, a DigiCert tech, called me immediately after getting my request. He held the line while I answered the obligatory email and okayed the re-issue on our end, then he made sure that our new certificate was created and sent within minutes. Fantastic service!
