Every year I used to cringe at the idea of having to redo my certificates. I hated it so much I would put it off till the last few days before they expired. That was until I found DigiCert. Their prices are spot on, their interface is really easy to use and this year they have made it even better. Via their self service portal I can reissue, make duplicates, and order other cert’s like the one I needed for OCS. I have also dealt with their support and its fantastic. I remember using other vendors and feeling like I was bothering them when I needed help. With DigiCert you get to talk to reasonable people who actually have the ability to help you. You just get the feeling they will take care of you regardless of the problem. As far as cert acceptance, we have never had a problem and we have lots of customers.
