Jprog was a multi year customer of Digicert. Today, after New Orleans was hit by a hurricane I needed the same our jprog.com certificate re-issued because we were having difficulty getting to one of our serves. Their website was unable to re-issue the cert, and the number I was told to call obviously went to some call center with English issues. The only thing they were able to do was forward me to another team, which I am guessing is the remnants of the former stellar support team, who never picked up the phone, and the only option was to leave a frigging voice mail. The next time I called I was told I would receive a callback which never happened. I'm moving my business somewhere else.
