Not only did Digicert give us a great low price on the SAN certificates for Exchange 2007 but there customer service is great. Every time I have had to place a call with them it has been easy to talk to the technician's and get the help I need.

I have dealt with many Digicert techs now as we have moved all of our SSL certs previously from other sources (Verisign) over to Digicert. Jared is the person I mainly have dealt with, but I have dealt with Taylor and Russell as well. I was apprehensive to deal with anyone other than Jared as Jared offered the best support I've ever received from any computer related vendor. Each of the techs are fantastic. I can't say it enough. They have our business and will continually get it whenever any of our older certs finally expire. We have used many products and would recommend Digicert to everyone looking for new certs or renewals.

Ordered certificate, emailed documents. In 15 minutes exactly, DigiCert responded saying they had already confirmed things -- cert was issue immediately then. It's amazing to get such a fast, personal, response. Also, they don't charge for "extra servers", which means they get what being a CA is - charging for validation, not RSA operations. I don't care about the extra money, but if a CA charges for extra servers, they're more concerned with trynna squeeze extra money out than being a trustworthy CA.

Warp speed service. Emailed digicert a question, 2 mintues later their support team called me back and answered my question. How about that, wished my phone company had the same service. Digicerts website takes you by the hand and leads you through the certificate configuration proces. Even the sometimes hard to understand SAN certificates is explained to the full, furthermore Exchange 07 and ISA 06 configuration examples are covered. Digicert have earned my business in the future to come. Thanks you guys are the best.

I submitted a request today in a panic because the Verisign certificate that I had been using on one of my websites was expiring today and I was trying to load the Digicert certificate and not having any luck. I had a web chat with a technician and he suggested that I create a duplicate cert. In order to do that I needed to inform the business that there may be a possibility they would not be able to access the website, so we had to wait until noon. At noon when I created and then installed the duplicate cert I was receiving error messages. At that point I called tech support in a panic! I needed to get this cert on the site or I needed to order a new one from Verisign before the end of the day. I worked with Taylor, and he was wonderful. He sat on the phone with me as I ordered another duplicate cert and installed it - with the same errors. He was able to decipher that the website that I was trying to protect was not named with the domain name, and he created a new 'order' for me. I created the cert and was able to install it - without errors this time. It is refreshing to be able to talk with a customer service rep at the time that I call, and for that person to be patient until the problem is fixed.

After using Verisign for 8 years, I'll never go back. Digicert answered all my questions and saved me a ton of money. The support was superb - friendly and helpful with immediate response. These folks are great.

Excellent pricing AND service rarely go together...but here they DO :)

After dealing with Entrust for 10 years we went back to them to get two new SSL Certificates for a different website. Ordered one on Friday March 6th for $159 and went back to order the other one 1 business day later, Monday March 9th. The price had gone up to $229. When I inquired about this 144% price increase I was told "On our website it does state that prices can change at anytime...With regards to competitive pricing your will see that Entrust is still very competitive." Hmmm, interesting way to deal with a customer after 10 years of trading with them...and now coming back for 2 more :o( After 3 business days I still didn't have my Certificate notwithstanding the fact that I had faxed them the required documents on the 2nd Day...and now they wanted proof that our phone number belonged to us, and required a phone company bill (we host our own VoIP phone system...no phone company bill available), or a Directory Assistance operator to verify it, or an Online phone directory listing...non of which are available for a privately hosted VoIP phone system. So I shopped them...and I found DigiCert. I saw their pricing for the same product (well, almost the same...it was actually better than what Entrust was offering) was $144. I chatted with them, then talked to them on the phone. VERY helpful making suggestions on various products...so I ordered both SSL Certificates in about 4 minutes (their site is amazingly easy to navigate, and auto fills from your certreq making things that much easier). I received their email listing the required documentation, which I faxed right over to them. From start to finish...2 hours 22 minutes !!! Now that is what I call the union of unsurpassed service coupled with fair pricing...

My experience continues to be excellent with DigiCert. I have been using them for about a year now. Prior to this my job had not required me to work with SSL certs for a couple years so I found the support section on their website extremely helpful and on the few times I had to call their Techsupport which is in Utah were also helpful and courteous. DigiCert is also happy to except purchase orders which was an issue with another cert company I looked at.

I received a call within minutes of uploading my certificate request on the site (on a Saturday no less). As this was my first business with them, they needed to perform a company validation. They pointed out a small discrepancy in my DNS record, I changed it and received my perfectly working certificate within minutes. I worked with major certificate vendors before (T* and E*) and this usually took 2 weeks and lots of emails/angry calls/escalations/reminders, Digicert really proved customer service still exists and they set a new speed record in my books. Thanks Jared for your help on the phone and keep up the excellent work!

This is a totally honest review and I do not work for this company or have any association other than I have purchased a certificate. This is the best SSL supplier I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with and I have been with some crackers in the past. This company are totally customer focused and when I did have an issue they resolved it immediatley and this was not due to them, but at my end. They never just told me to take my business elsewhere which they could have, they stayed focused on being pleasent and very helpful (very professional). This is the type of company that IT people like to deal with and me personally as it is such a customer focused company. I have made other companies crack with less than this, but they stayed professional throughout and the support staff deserve a big pat on the back for there professional stance. This is the sort of company strive to provide to my customers.

This company knows what support means. they have 24/7 online support that will call YOU if something is wrong. Apart from the login button on their website being in a bit of an odd place the rest of their site is very straightforward. 100% customer satisfaction here.

Every year I used to cringe at the idea of having to redo my certificates. I hated it so much I would put it off till the last few days before they expired. That was until I found DigiCert. Their prices are spot on, their interface is really easy to use and this year they have made it even better. Via their self service portal I can reissue, make duplicates, and order other cert’s like the one I needed for OCS. I have also dealt with their support and its fantastic. I remember using other vendors and feeling like I was bothering them when I needed help. With DigiCert you get to talk to reasonable people who actually have the ability to help you. You just get the feeling they will take care of you regardless of the problem. As far as cert acceptance, we have never had a problem and we have lots of customers. While others offer wildcard certificates for thousand and more Digicert has a good price. Its wildcard has a unlimited reissue option so one can get certificates for several servers. I've tested compatibility with different browsers and mail clients, even SonyEricsson phones are pretty glad with this cert.

I've used GoDaddy, Thawte, InstantSSL and RapidSSL and these guys are by far the best. For the uninitiated, there is even a CSR generator, which is fantastic. The site is easy to use, accounts are simple to set up and they have fantastic support. Very happy indeed. They even made my accountant smile!

Coming out of a bad support experience with GoDaddy, I was looking for a provider that could not only fit my needs for a reasonable price, but also be there for me when I needed them to be. Ordering was a snap. There's even a CSR generator for Exchange right on the website! After submitting my order, I was contacted within an hour from one of the best support individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. I had a very exotic problem, explained the details of the problem to the individual, half-expecting them to give me the same reply GoDaddy did: "It's not our issue, best of luck...". To my suprise, on a Sunday evening, I was on the receiving end of a 3 hour support session culminating in the solving of my issues that had plagued me for a week. I would never have expected the quality of service that I received within hours of ordering... I'll be recommending DigiCert to all of my clients and friends. They have made me a customer for life.
