I was having some major problems getting my SSL certificate installed on my IIS server. There were some issues with .Net, etc that I could not figure out. I called in and left my number with SSL support. Fred Newtz called me back and help me out tremendously. Fred was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. He had our site up and running in no time. I could not have done this without him. We will definitely do more business with SSL.com in the future due to this experience with your tech support.
