I have to say I find the entire process of buying or renewing a code signing cert quite confusing and convoluted. But Jeffrey from support did a good job of helping solve some of the final puzzles involved.

I was blessed to have been assigned to Myra, a customer support rep at SSL.com. She went above and beyond to help resolve the necessary steps in order for my SSL cert to be properly registered on two of my domain names with GoDaddy. She even went out of her way to email me step by step instructions that she found for GoDaddy, and also followed up with me. She was a joy to work with. If only ALL customer support people could be as awesome as she is, this world would be a better place.

I purchased SSL certificate and wanted that certification to help secure my website. The issue I faced was that the website provider and the dormain provider are different which caused alot of difficulty in getting the SSL certificate downloaded into the website. Danilo had an online sharing session with me and was super patient in guiding me step by step in the process. Unfortunately, it was not efficient for me to have another different SSL service provider and Danilo was honest in his advice to me. Thumbs up!
