Had issues with transitioning certificates with a deadline. Support from Fiel was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Was definitely patient with me while we try to sort out the issues. And stuck around for hours until the issues are resolved. FYI. If you reach the end of suggestions with EVA (AI). Request for a live support from EVA.
