After weeks of trouble shooting on my own, I eventually reached out and was connected with Dani and Crisanto! They were both very supportive and helpful. Crisanto helped identify the thorn at the center of my issue---using an ARM-based device---which was incredibly helpful. I also connected with Dani E. who helped me do some additional troubleshooting, even very late into the night, and we were able to do a google meeting, which really started to put me at ease. At the end of that meeting we had to move to attestation. I told him I was really looking forward to getting the completed and he assured me that it was his mission to get everything working properly no matter how long it took that it would get done. I really appreciated his positivity and help in getting this across the finish line! Shout out to both Dani and Crisanto, fantastic team!!
