Allen was really helpful, needed to get my app signed with the certificate and also scanned and passed for malware and he got it all setup for me with screenshare. I was completely lost, this being the first time I ever did this. If it wasn't for Allen I would be stuck. He made it easy, and we got through the entire process in minutes, while I spent a couple of hours before trying to make it work. I am so thankful to have worked with Allen and SSL.com. I recommend him for management and a great salary increase, he is really good and very very fast. The fact that support is 24/7 is amazing, nobody does that.
