Extremely Disappointed. Overcharged $7,200 for a $900 Product

I purchased an EV Code Signing Certificate from SSL.com, which was supposed to cost $349 + $900 per year. However, they charged me over $7,200 in total across multiple transactions without proper explanation. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve received confusing and contradictory responses from their billing team (Kezia). First, they told me they refunded $2,700, then corrected themselves saying it was $3,600 — none of which I actually received. Otherwise thy have withdrawn this money. When I requested a proper refund or a wire transfer since they apparently couldn’t return the funds to my card, I got no effective solution so far. Instead, I was left to deal with vague apologies and broken promises. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend SSL.com to anyone. If you value your money and time, look elsewhere. What was supposed to be a simple certificate purchase turned into a financial nightmare...
