I did not know anything about Certificate Providers. SSL was the clearest on the first experience. Then after buying I realized that I did not have all the informations that would have helped me make the right decision and calculating how much it would cost me. - I did not have a business phone number anywhere on a legal document. - I did not know that unticking everything on the payment form but the certificate itself would default to getting nothing but eSigner. If I stopped here I would have rated 0/5 - worst experience. BUT the people working there helped a lot, and helped me figure out what exactly I could or could not do. They help me solve my phone number problem and they helped me understand what I could do to get my certificate. - Jan helped me with Phone number. - Genevieve helped me with what to do next and answered my question to the core. So a special thanks to them for making this process easier.
