We were very happy with the support: "Jeffrey" helped us a lot in pushing forward the issuing of the certificate we purchased. We are very thankful to him. On the other hand, we were ignorant about the procedure we would have to go trough, we did not receive complete info at any step. We discovered that there was always something lacking or missing after we completed a simple step forward. Advising to lock Crunchbase website so that you could "use-read it" and discovering later that you needed other info on that website after we got it locked, is not a very clean procedure, in our opinion. All of this was quite inconvenient for us as we had to explain this to our clients. It would have been very helpful having a sort step bar or graphics to follow and knowing once we were successful in any of those. Also some of the email went to spam (using gmail), and this was not helpful at all. Anyway we eventually got what we were looking for and the guides on the website are very useful.

Jeffrey was very good and did help a lot. The issues I have are TERRIBLE emails from SSL. *"You have an invoice pending" emails that go to a 404 error. * "This is a reminder that the SSL.com certificate(s) for the domains named below have expired or are expiring:" that don't list any domain names. * I was also getting monitoring notices for a domain that I couldn't even find in my account that hasn't been renewed for years. Your interface in general needs work, but the automated emails are terrible.

Allen was fantastic! He guided me through generating the CSR, creating the attestation certificate, uploading the necessary certificates, and producing the final EV certificate. I was then able to download and import it into my YubiKey seamlessly. It was an excellent experience overall!
