Dani E. gets 10 *'s. I gave SSL.com 4 stars because the web site could really use some TLC to become easier to use. Dani was the support rep that helped me. He gave excellent help, was very patient and walked me through the process and when there was a problem with the cert he calmly walked me through performing another Attestation to request a replacement. It was delivered in a very timely manner and with all the help Dani gave me I was able to self-install the replacement cert (my 2nd attempt). Dani was a life saver!!!!! Going forward I will always request Dani to give me help!!!

I didn't know anything about updating SSL for websites. However the guidance and assurance was informative and educational. Very resourceful to understand and complete simple tasks. I recommend SSL because even if you just have a little bit of knowledge of computers and programs their experts help you along the way until you have a resolution. When you sign up for a certificate, they automatically enroll you in a monthly program called Health Check Monitor, for which they automatically then bill you up to $34.99 every single month. Six months ago, I called to say I never ordered this and they said they would cancel it. But every single month I get a new charge and have to call them to get it refunded. The company used to be good, but this is so slimy I will NEVER use them again.
