Recently bought a OV document signing certificate from SSL.com, with an externally validated HSM. The ordering process was smooth and the support was fantastic when we ran into some issues (the initial certificate modulus did not match the CSR modulus). In particular, Jeffrey was fantastic in supporting us through the issue and re-issuing a correct certificate. Would recommend!
