Dani E. gets 10 *'s. I gave SSL.com 4 stars because the web site could really use some TLC to become easier to use. Dani was the support rep that helped me. He gave excellent help, was very patient and walked me through the process and when there was a problem with the cert he calmly walked me through performing another Attestation to request a replacement. It was delivered in a very timely manner and with all the help Dani gave me I was able to self-install the replacement cert (my 2nd attempt). Dani was a life saver!!!!! Going forward I will always request Dani to give me help!!!

I didn't know anything about updating SSL for websites. However the guidance and assurance was informative and educational. Very resourceful to understand and complete simple tasks. I recommend SSL because even if you just have a little bit of knowledge of computers and programs their experts help you along the way until you have a resolution.
