Great Service - didn't hide behind the fine print

Unlike other certificate providers, Trustwave actually listened to our situation and resolved our concerns, delivered fantastic customer support and resolved an issue I am confident that at least 99% of other providers would have hid behind the fine print - they didn't need to do anything for us - but they did.
