After submitting all "required" information, I didn't hear anything for a whole day. Code signing certs have different rules than simple SSL certs, but when I called them they were responsive and got me set up almost immediately. I think the fact that they verified all my info is a good thing, it protects the entire process and ultimate product. I think other providers just issue certs haphazardly and that destroys their effectiveness.

They have you install it, and do all the work, then on top of this they seal doesn't always display when clicked on, has troubles with flash. These guys are jerks, DON'T TAKE THE CHEAP WAY OUT.

If you are not based in the U.S., do not use Trustwave! Trustwave claims to represent "thousands" of international clients, but Trustwave will ask you to fax bank account info and sensitive corporate documents that no other SSL provider on the planet would ask for. You'll spend a week just jumping through Trustwave's hoops. And what does Trustwave do to gain YOUR trust? Trustwave stops responding when you decide to cancel and ask for a refund. GeoTrust verified me by phone and my new SSL certificate was installed within 6 hours. Unlike Trustwave, GeoTrust is a smooth, professional and truly international operation. I highly recommend them to any online merchant.

Unlike other certificate providers, Trustwave actually listened to our situation and resolved our concerns, delivered fantastic customer support and resolved an issue I am confident that at least 99% of other providers would have hid behind the fine print - they didn't need to do anything for us - but they did. I purchased a 2 years ev ssl that came with 2 years of pci compliance (truskeeper) with it. I paid $899. After weeks of trying to get my EV SSL ew finally got it up... But a few month after I received notices that my Truskeeper account was about to expire, which is not true since it should be included with the EV SSL as they mentioned when I purchased the 2 year premium EV package. Now they are telling me that they do not know anything about this, that they don't think I paid. Even thought I have a receipt.... On and on and on. I thought I was buying 2 years of "peace of mind" I ended up with a piece of dung! To this day they have not resolved the problem. They are not doing a thing to fix their mistake. Save yourselves the headache, don't spend your money there. I am not sure how a company like this can stay in business... The experience has been absolutely horrible!

I've been working with Trustwave for awhile now. As a host running WHM/Cpanel I've been offering Trustwave certificates to my users for quite awhile. I also run a standalone server with no gui, had no problems purchasing, installing and renewing the certificate there either. Purchases are easy, renewals have been a breeze. Their support site is easy to navigate AND find answers. Above all else though when calling for support they're great to work with. Out of everytime I've called I've only been placed on hold once, and only that once was there a machine involved. It's great to talk to a real person when you need help.

Wow - great experience. Their site is easy to use - quick to order cert online. Also have a very handy set of docs walking you through how to create CSR requests and install the certs for a wide range of web servers. I did almost everything online - due to an anomoly with my domain registration had to talk to their customer support via phone. But that was super easy also. Called late evening (ET) and got a live person after 2 rings. In 5 minutes we had talked through the issue and my cert was issued! wow- great customer service. And a great value also when you consider the price/service factor.

Wow. I had a complex set of circumstances for receiving an SSL that two other companies could not fulfill the order on. Luckily I found Trustwave. Ryan and Josh in customer support were phenomenal! Walked me through the process and educated me on the quickest and easiest way for me to execute. From now on I am brining my business to trustwave!
