They just don't care after you spent the money.

Product: Premium EV SSL

I purchased a 2 years ev ssl that came with 2 years of pci compliance (truskeeper) with it. I paid $899. After weeks of trying to get my EV SSL ew finally got it up... But a few month after I received notices that my Truskeeper account was about to expire, which is not true since it should be included with the EV SSL as they mentioned when I purchased the 2 year premium EV package. Now they are telling me that they do not know anything about this, that they don't think I paid. Even thought I have a receipt.... On and on and on. I thought I was buying 2 years of "peace of mind" I ended up with a piece of dung! To this day they have not resolved the problem. They are not doing a thing to fix their mistake. Save yourselves the headache, don't spend your money there. I am not sure how a company like this can stay in business... The experience has been absolutely horrible!
