Did not know the procedure to install the certificate, and I did not receive the certificate in a couple of days. So I wasted a couple of days - by just waiting. I understood the procedure when I contact HostMySite. Then I contacted your staff. But once I contacted your staff - the certificate was sent to me immediately and the problem was fixed.
