I am trying to install the SSL certificate that I purchased. I went to their "live" chat. However I also need another file: /server.key . The instructions do not say where I get this from. The email said: "You can also find your EssentialSSL Certificate for ****.com in text format at the bottom of this email." Chat session has been terminated by the site operator. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I then tried to log in, just after registering and got the message: We were unable to log you in as this account is disabled This is by far the worst service I have ever received in registering an SSL certificate. I am glad I only purchased for 1 year.

The certificate took a long time to be for domain validation and the email to verify domain took several hours. Once verifying, it says to close the tab and the button on the page does not close, A poor user experience.

Pretty convenient service for obtaining certificates. For companies from Kazakhstan, you can pass the verification only by pre-registering your company on the service "D&B" - on this service your telephone number should be correctly specified. Only then will the certificate be received within an hour.

We've purchased SSL certificate with greenbar from namecheap, which by itself buys certificates from Comodo. Namecheap guys are pretty fast and responsive, they even have livechat an help you through the installation process (we had to purchase another Positive SSL certificate from namecheap), but haven't installed it still, they ask you to fill in you compani information on dnb, it takes 1 day to appear on their database after they give you duns number, than you have to forward it to Comodo, you have to fill in two forms and send them to Comodo, support was finding mistakes in our form every time we've been sending them, not like all at once We've sent documentation, they say this part is missing (missing because namecheap told us to pass that field) Sent another time name is incorrect, and so on... No excuses, nothing at all, they won't make you feel they really want to support you.

Comodo Positive SSL for my website that could be the best option I choose.

Bought Comodo SSL for two sites and had both up and running within one hour. Works beautifully on all browsers I have access to IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari. Only thing I can offer to those having trouble is I have domains registered at Godaddy.com and Comodo SSL and Godaddy cPanel just work flawlessly together to get these certs up and running in just minutes. I

After numerous and repeated messages to technical support, I still do not have a clear resolution to any of my issues. In my last message, it appears as though it was answered by an untrained monkey. Don't use this service -- it may be cheap (not why I chose it) but it is impossible to communicate intelligently with the company. I would choose 0-the worst in the overall rating, except this site doesn't accept the page if I do.
