Hello, The web renewal process for my UCC cert was very confusing as when I clicked on renew, it took me out to buy a certificate but UCC cert was not listed. I logged on at https://secure.comodo.net/products and was redirected to https://secure.comodo.net/ . Finally, I clicked Renew and it took me to https://www.comodoca.com/en-us/ - which does NOT list a UCC cert as a renewal option. Finally, Tom N assisted with chat and directed me to the correct site, (https://ssl.comodo.com/unified-communications-uc-ssl-certificates.php), and walked me through the process very patiently. My original login which worked fine above, did not work as an existing customer so I had to create a NEW Login! In conclusion, the web site process is terrible. But Tom N's service was excellent. What a horrible experience. Tried to renew through the Comodo website, but they have stitched together new sites with old one and just trying to find out where you log in took two people. Then when you go to place the order it logs you out and kicks you to another site. They offered to give me a free year to make up for all the trouble we had, but that apparently did not happen. Support was outsourced to people in India that had no better idea than I did. Terrible!

Mary F @ Comodo is very helpful. We request multiple EV certificates per year and the validation is always processed promptly. Comodo is also fast processing all certificates (EV and non-EV). There are other steps besides website for EV but that is the nature of EV and there's no option to select that in the drop-down boxes on the reviews page.

Have struggled every couple of years when it comes time to renew our SSL and have always found the process overly difficult. This year when I came to renew I found my provider no longer supported my old SSL certificate and suggested Comodo. What has previously taken me days to achieve has just happened in minutes thanks to their excellent support services. On top of this the certificate was a) substantially cheaper than the people I used to use b) actually works properly - previously I had always had problems getting the certificate chain all installed properly but Comodo made this simple with a CA bundle. Really pleased with the switch to Comodo.

6 months ago a purchase was made for the secure email certificate. Still NOT able to collect the certificate. Validation and Tech Support have been unable to fix this problem. I'm now looking into a different service ..my job requires encrypted email services...your job so far, seems to be trying to train me to troubleshoot your system. NO Thanks Comodo!

Purchasing is easy. Purchased a code signing certificate. After 3-4 days waiting i called to see what was taking so long. Glad i did. There was an issue with some contact information used to verify so the issue was stalled and nobody was resolving it. Customer support was hard to find appropriate contact... bounced around, dropped calls while on hold, Submitted for a refund manually (took a long time to figure out how to do this), and called customer support to do the same. There is no direct way to track or know with any confidence that a refund is likely to happen. There are other suppliers that provide significantly better service.

Ordered an SSL certificate and everything went smoothly. The technical staff, Jamie, Vision, Susan and company were fantastic. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as my website host does not facilitate third party SSL on their platform. Otherwise I would still have my SSL. Waiting now for my refund and we will see how quickly that happens. Hope it is expedited.
