Though the staff is very prompt and helpful i'd like COMODO to provide easy to follow instructions to request and share certificate. Also some basic guide about certificates for non-technical would also be very helpful.

Ash, Level 2 Technical Support is the most knowledgeable SSL Technical Support representative I have ever encountered. He successfully got two SSL certificates I purchased on August 15, 2018, working. Numerous calls to Comodo and the SSL Store since August 15, 2018 were exhausting. I was referred to (bounced between) Comodo, Comodo SSL Store, Microsoft and to Apple time and time and time again to no avail for one month. Today after reaching a work stoppage, Today, I called Comodo again and again was referred to the SSL. Ash answered the phone. His voice and tone was calm. SSL Certificates can be difficult to manage with any vendor but Comodo makes the whole process a lot less stressful.
