Placed an order on February 11, 2019 and had an open ticket for a month which I replied to 4 times yet their validation team chose to never respond. Also used their chat system numerous times as well, if you've ever felt like you are talking to a wall then you will really enjoy this experience. Finally canceled the order on March 26, 2019 after never receiving any support or an SSL cert! Their reseller was awesome and refunded immediately and suggested some reputable suppliers... Went with GeoTrust and all I can say is... You get what you pay for.

I would like to thank you Alexandrea for providing me a wonderful support and solved my issues. When I purchased the SSL wildcard I was offered 2+1 year promotion by Carlos. But after the purchase I found him like not supportive and he didn't do what he promised and gave a very bad experience to me about SECTIGO. But today while chatting with Carlos he suddenly went offline and I got Alexandrea online and she had supported us with our request and resolved the issues. I would rate her with 100 stars. Carlos was online to help and provided valuable answers in helping to select correct cert for renewal and was knowlegable about products and options. When renewing certs and so many different options available its easy to select wrong one and admin spent trying to redo can be tedious. This is the type of help you should have and get and Carlos provided excellent online assistance.
