Not perfect but vast improvement since problems encountered a year ago. The order was stuck for a week initially but Russell from validation (many thanks!) sorted things out within a few hours and the certificate works fine.

Confusing and arduous process

Martin from validation help me with moving the arduous process further by making sure that the proper phone number was in the order. He is not at fault, he did what he could do in the small part of the process he managed. The process is just confusing and lengthy overall.
