We ordered a code-signing certificate via Lindersoft's deal with Comodo/Sectigo and got a nice-price deal for a 3-years period ($200). We had a little trouble installing the initial certificate because of some mysterious private key failure, but Sectigo asked us to initiate a replacement order and now everything works as a charm. Highly recommendable!

On google and through customer support, I got 5 different links to different websites run by comodo/sectigo, from instantssl.com to comodoca.com etc. - very confusing. Also, there are problems with your checkout form. When I completed the order for an EV certificate, I got redirected back to ordering an SSL certificate... Felicity was a great help. Arguably best customer service I ever had.

I was having a lot of trouble with verification of company. I keep receiving automated emails with details about sending documents to confirm company, regardless that I already provide all informations several times. At the end I choose support chat. I waited very long time (about an hour) for respond but as soon as Darren joins the chat the problem was solved in no time.

Overall Certificate order and receipt is very easy and quick but many times i have experienced issues with multi domain and Unified communications certificate which requires multiple validation like call back and this call back is made only on the NXP reception number and not to the admin. Fortunately this time Russel and Selena from Validation team really helped to sort this out immediately.

Sometimes there are confusing things, if you're trying renew certificate or pay by bank transfer. Then you have to use help from support team. Last time Carlos was the right guy to find a fast solution.
