Sectigo SSL Certificate Reviews

In so far, we have 0 complaints. We choose to go with Comodo/Sectigo as we have used various software, domain services, and certifications from them in the past and they have never let us down, have always been professional, and make you and/or your business feel like you're important regardless of how much larger Comodo as a whole has become. The price point for a legitimate domain certificate or similar - the very same you'd get from similar reputation companies - can arguably not be matched. We did have 1 issue with an SSL Cert this time around and we were in a chat box with representative "John" within seconds and within roughly 2-3 minutes the issue was solved and corrected and we were good to go. As said, I/the companies I've done work for, have repeatedly gone to Comodo over the years - close to a decade now - for numerous needs, and I have yet to be disappointed in any way with their products and services. And yes I also personally use their security-based software at home and when doing "friend/family" work.

I found an issue with the root CA on one of my servers. I could not find it for some or other reason. Contacted tech support and spoke to Vince. Even with me being a little bit blunt and frustrated, Vince was very professional and handle a difficult client with respect. Problem resolved. Well done.

The process has been easy. There was a slight during validation but when I contact the support Darren was available immediately and resolved the issue smoothly, so all good.

Thanks to "Robert", we were able to get our problem under control quickly despite time pressure. Due to the first positive experience of a support chat service, the problem could be roughly discussed. Consequently a remote maintenance was necessary which worked without problems. The automated renewal chopped 5 weeks off the length of paid coverage (assumed renewal date was the expiry date). When I contacted tech support Vince was really helpful and walked me through the process where he could manually fix the dates. 5 stars to Vince! Thanks

We ordered a wildcard ssl. During the validation process, I found the documentation difficult to understand and then spoke to Vince in Technical. Within a min the issue was resolved. Great work and friendly service. Cheers
