Your web site shows "Can I download your intermediate and root certificates? Our intermediate and root certificates can be downloaded from the download section of the web site. Click for a direct link to the intermediate and roots for various product types." However I could not find download link and contacted support. Support personnel sent me the certificate. Good support personnel.
