Product: Standard UC Certificate

Good luck navigating your way aroudn the bloatware, advertsiment and other crap on the site. The site is 100% geared towards making a sale, 0% geared towards accessing/managing existing products. I moved all out web hosting away from them because of this issue (and also performacewas terrible) but still use them for SSL certificates. I am actively looking for a better company because I'm tired of wasting 30minutes+ for simple tasks due to their terrible design, and of waiting for things to happen after I have made requests, hoping that it will go through.
