Nothing but problems

I have been a GoDaddy customer for 20 years. A couple months ago, I built a new website on a staging site and wanted to replace it on my hosting with GoDaddy. They told me it was easy and would handle it for me. After two days of my website being down, it was hacked. After several days of calls and chats, the only resolution was for me to pay them a premium fee to fix it. I did. Once the site was "launched" continued to have issues with it not loading, not being secure, etc.. After about a month of the new website being up, I had a nationally sanctioned event that had a specific registration window it needed to be opened. I updated my site and the hosting didn't update. I was told it could take 24 hours for changes to appear on my website. After 3 hours on the phone with support, detaching and reattaching my domain (which totally took down my website), the issue was resolved. I was never given a reason as to why this occurred but that they "hope it didn't happen again". I am done being a loyal customer and switching service providers. DO NOT WORK WITH GODADDY!
