Mohammad Butt was easier to understand and very good and helped a lot but he was my 2nd call. I had called earlier in the day and got a lady that was very hard to understand and even after a 1 hour 50 minute call we weren't much closer to getting the cert moved. I was moving the cert from a Windows server with IIS to a Linux server with Apache2.
