Worth the extra expense

While searching for SSL certificates for my Cisco UC environment I ran into trouble with one of Entrust's "budget" competitors. While their price was lower than I paid with Entrust, this was a real get what you pay for experience. Their customer service was okay, but it took ages to get anyone on the phone that actually knew anything about SSL for use in UC environments. I did NOT have that problem with Entrust. After immediately reaching someone already knowledgeable with SSL, I was referred briefly and immediately to an engineer to verify my more technical questions. After verification, access to my portal was provided and certificates were issued immediately. My Account Executive has been with me every step of the way offering guidance and support. Definitely worth the extra cost to have world class support.
