When I placed my order, I was put in contact with a sales rep almost right away. She helped me understand all of the requirements needed for purchasing the EV cert. The cert was issued within a few days, which is much better than 5 months from a competing CA. The installation instructions on the web site were a little unclear. Their support department was very good at helping me understand what I must do.
