Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

In October 2009, I contacted Entrust company looking to acquire an EV SSL certificate for one of our online tools. The process started very smoothly, but got a bit more difficult when it came to the installation process. At that point I thought that Entrust’s reaction would be similar to many other technical ‘support’ departments, who despite their pretentious efforts to help, they usually let you know that you are taking up too much of their valuable time by asking for help. Instead, I was very surprised by the professionalism, kindness and dedication that I encountered. Their service was exemplary throughout and, despite the frustration of the certificate refusing to install itself – probably due to a couple of issues at our end to be honest –, always delivered with a smile. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Entrust to any client or colleague who’s looking for a similar service, and I will certainly not hesitate getting back to them in two years’ time to renew our service. In my opinion, Entrust's technical support team provides exemplary customer service that does not just meet, but surpasses customers’ expectations.
