We have been using the Entrust Managed Services Portal for over a year now and I am extremely happy with the ease of use. We have been using the e-Form for about 6 months and all of the certificate requestors are as satisfied as I am, they get a link to their certificates and the process takes 1/4th the time as the manual process.
