I had a problem with the CAs my renewed certificate was signed by. It wasn't DigiCert's fault; a slow-moving third-party is still using an ancient version of Java. DigiCert happily re-issued using a different Root CA. They make everything easy!

I had some issues with the way in which I had requested my certificate (pertaining to my business's address in another country). I contacted chat support with limited expectations, simply expecting to cancel my order and try again on my own. But to my surprise the Digicert Chat support representative was excellent. Totally knowledgeable and easily guided me through fixing my current order and issuing my certificate properly.

I needed a multi-wildcard cert, and I needed a differently keyed cert deployed on each of several servers. It's difficult enough to do it. It's almost impossible to find anyone who will support. And no one does it as simply, cleanly, quickly and extraordinarily as DigiCert. I always use chat support when it's available, and DigiCert's is as good as it gets anywhere. I've dealt with Logan several times. He's courteous and highly efficient. Every experience has been top notch. The whole team rocks! Keep up the good work.

I've been using digicert for several years now and maintain around 30 active ssl certs - the service is always easy to use, the support is always excellent - they proactively pursue issues with the certificate issuing process and respond to queries very quickly. They typically get certs issued for a previously-verified company within minutes, and even verifying a new company doesn't usually take much longer. Happy customer

I had questions about the certificate and they were answered quickly and easily (both through email and via chat). When we finally purchased the certificate, they were prompting me within an hour to respond to the authorization email (I had not yet responded, thinking that they would be longer to get to us). Once I responded, we received the certificate in minutes!

Yesterday, I purchased a renewal for my email server, only to find I had actually selected the wrong cert during the order process. Today, I worked with Travis in customer service, and I must say I have rarely had a more competent, more courteous, more service-oriented experience (if ever) than the one he delivered. There was a problem on our server with the Digicert Discovery tool. Customer support sent me a long email with serveral tips to fix it. And you know what? The problem is fixed. Freat support!

Our exchange server cert expired one evening and the President wasn't happy. I didn't have much info on how to proceed since the exchange admin had left a couple of months prior. Clint walked me thru the renewal and installation of the cert and tested to ensure it was all good. So many companies have overseas script readers to handle support. I used the chat function at 11p at night from their web site and everything was painless. I'll definitely be using Digicert for additional certificates in the future.

I have been a DigiCert customer for a number of years now, and I must say that I have come across no better company with regard to customer service and support in my 20+ years in the IT industry. I wouldn't change certificate providers even if their costs were a small fraction of DigiCert's.
