I started Chat with Paul to request a joinme session in helping with an Apache server running in a Fedora VM on a Win7 pc and using a 3rd party developed application. Paul cut to the chase and reviewed the 3rd party app in order to offer solutions - all within 20 minutes or so. Very knowledgeable and great responsiveness!!!

One of the best companies I have worked with as an IT manager. Their tech support is top notch. I called their tech support number and a person answered the phone! No confusing prompts. They were very patient and took the time to get me up and running on a Unified Communications cert in a mixed domain environment. Could not have done it without them. I would give them 6 stars but they only allow 5.

I previously bought SSL certificates from GoDaddy and had an awful time trying to get everything confirmed to get the green bar. I needed an attorney to write a letter, and then I had to coordinate getting the attorney on the phone with GoDaddy to confirm aspects of the letter ... it was a hassle and expensive. DigiCert has been amazing!! If you call, you get support from someone who is knowledgeable in just minutes. The site is easy to use, and they have great products. Competitors, like GoDaddy, don't even offer an EV multi-domain option.

We originally purchased an SSL Plus cert for our CAS server (mydsccas.daltonstate.edu)and I had forgotten that this server was in production. So, I tried to change the domain name in order to use the cert for a different server (transcoder). This caused the cert to be revoked. I needed assistance with undoing the revoke the cert by changing the domain back to the original. Kody was very helpful, professional and kind. I really appreciate his help! Thank you.

We've been a Digicert client for over 3 years. In that time, when i've had issues due to my own ignorance of how SSL certs work, i've reached out to Digicert support for assistance. I have never once been disappointed. Their customer service is second to none. The support staff are very literate about their craft and have extensive knowledge about all the systems I use these certs on. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with the CAs my renewed certificate was signed by. It wasn't DigiCert's fault; a slow-moving third-party is still using an ancient version of Java. DigiCert happily re-issued using a different Root CA. They make everything easy!

I had some issues with the way in which I had requested my certificate (pertaining to my business's address in another country). I contacted chat support with limited expectations, simply expecting to cancel my order and try again on my own. But to my surprise the Digicert Chat support representative was excellent. Totally knowledgeable and easily guided me through fixing my current order and issuing my certificate properly.
